Immediate Start

Duties and responsibilities will include

Day to day support on the service desk (remote)
Desktop, Network and Server Support
Backup Management and Anti-Spam system support.
Internet, security and firewall support
New system installations and upgrades (desktop, network, server)

Technologies (Must have)
Strong Knowledge / understanding

Windows 7,8 MAC OS

Basic Knowledge / understanding

Systems upgrade/support SQL, Exchange 2003-2013, Windows Server 2003 - 2012

Technologies (Good to have)
Any Knowledge / understanding

VMWare , Hyper V, Terminal Server, SQL server, Windows Server, AD, DHCP, Group Policies, SAN and NAS storage.
Cisco ASA Firewall, Routers (NAT, PAT) and Switches (Vlan, VPN)
System Monitoring, SNMP

Other (Must have)

Attention to detail
4 + Years IT experience
IT Degree and IT certified (either or all - Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare, Checkpoint, and Citrix)
Excellent communicator with proven track record.
Self-starter and motivated
Work as part of team / team assistance / team lead.
Project and Coordination experience
