We are looking to employ a general yard operative for our busy metal recycling facility in the Willesden Junction area.
The ideal candidate will have some previous labouring experience as well a willingness to learn about the recycling industry. The job involves de-polluting vehicles in preparation for recycling as well as other yard duties. Full training will be provided. The hourly rate offered is £8.50 per hour with overtime after 40 hours per week paid at time and a half. Our current working hours are Monday to Friday from 6am till 4pm. We also work occasional overtime and Saturday mornings where necessary.
Candidates must be able to communicate in English and be able to pass Health and Safety testing/training that is conducted in English. Due to the 6am start this position would suit someone local or those that have their own transport.
