We are The Old Farmhouse Bakery in Steventon, Oxfordshire. An award-winning Real Bread Bakery, established 35 years, due to open a café later this year.
The launch involves us moving our existing Bakery to a stunning, purpose built, oak-framed building located at the other end of our farm.
This is an all encompassing role - working closely with the family owners - that will involve everything from sourcing furniture, equipment, crockery and packaging to staff recruitment and rotas to menu plans that very much reflect our existing core principles.
We are looking for a mentor / consultant who will lead us through the set up, launch and into the early part of the café being open. We are happy for this person to work remotely with face-to-face meetings as regularly as required.
