We are a small well established legal practice in South London.  We have been awarded a LAA contract in the recent tender process.  We are, therefore, seeking to recruit a Mental Health Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our small practice.  The successful candidate must be a current member of the Law Society’s Mental Health Accreditation Scheme and will be required to undertake advocacy and all types of work in Mental Health Tribunals and Court of Protection.

Person Specification
Ø     Law Society’s Panel Membership
Ø     experience in advocacy work and caseload in mental health /court of protection cases.
Ø     Knowledge and experience of managing CCMS cases.
Ø     Demonstrable commitment to teamwork.
Ø     Confidence and ambition to drive a small but talented team.
Ø     Commercial awareness
Ø     Track record of developing
The successful candidate will be based at our South London office.
