We have two full time opportunities to join our team based in Southwark as a Mental Health Facilitator. You will receive a competitive salary of £18, 343 per annum plus excellent benefits.

Being a Mental Health Facilitator at Three Cs means you will be supporting people with enduring mental health challenges to maintain the best possible physical and mental health whilst being included as part of the community. 
We are looking for 2 full time individuals to work in a residential service and a supported living service (one post will be based in the residential service and the second post will work across both services). 
The Mental Health Facilitator Role
You will support people to become more independent, to be more confident about making decisions, to be more involved in their communities and to have greater expectations about the sort of things that most of us take for granted in our everyday lives.
The role is challenging and you will work hard, but you’ll also have great job satisfaction, a sense of achievement, opportunities to learn new skills and the knowledge that your support really can change lives.
Our Perfect Mental Health Facilitator:
- A person-centred approach to working is essential for this role
- You must be willing to work flexible hours to meet the demands of the services.  This includes evenings, weekends, early mornings, late nights, sleeping-ins and bank holidays and supporting people to go on holiday as required.
- An NVQ/QCF Level 3 or equivalent relevant qualification
- Numerate and literate in order to handle money and medication.
- experience of supporting people with mental health challenges who have complex and challenging needs in a way which shows respect and increases their choices, skills and independence
- experience of contributing effectively in person centred planning, care programme approach and other review meetings as appropriate
- Minimum of 1 year experience of working with people with and mental health needs in paid or voluntary capacity
