Membership Admin Assistant- Soho House and CoWho We Are.The Soho House and Co is a collection of private members' clubs and restaurants, catering to those in the film, media, fashion and creative industries. The company has unique ventures throughout the UK, USA and Europe. In addition, Soho House is developing with new openings planned globally.The Role. This is an support office role (based in Soho), and the main responsibility is to assist Membership Department with general administration. Specific responsibilities include:* Process of payments by direct debit/credit card/cheque* Chasing outstanding fees* Sending out receipts and invoices for payments* Processing membership refunds* Handling telephone enquiries* Making of membership cards and membership packs* Any other adhoc duties as required by Director of Membership or Membership Manager What We Look For. Ideal candidates should have:Excellent spoken and written English Good knowledge of Excel and Databases Strong administration and organisational skills Only those eligible to work in the UK will be considered for the role.
