Every fortnight, Mark and his Head Chefs engage in ‘Challenge Hix’ – a creative and exciting cook-off, generating new ideas for the restaurant menus, and having plenty of fun along the way. During this time, you can meet with Mark to talk to him and the team about your career aspirations; whether you are looking for your first job in hospitality or wanting to further your career at management level. Come along and hear all about life at HIX and the positions available.
