This role includes:
Being the first point of contact for customers when dropping their cars off for a service or any work that needs completing.
You will check the car for current damage and fuel amount.
You will accompany the customer to the reception area so they can speak to the appropriate person regarding their car and sort the loan car.
Once the work has been completed, you will either drive their car to their home or work address and collect the loan car.
You will have a smart appearance, speak English fluently, be polite and courteous.
