123 Medical Services’ main function is to provide professional reports for Medico-legal purposes.
Role overview
The Office Administrator is required primarily to manage a range of administrative duties related to the Medico-legal function of the business.
The key task of the role will be to deal with all communications and confidential evidence relating to personal injury cases, and liaise as appropriate with internal teams, externally based expert witnesses, and clients (solicitors).
The post holder will have the following qualities;
A high level of computer literacy and accurate data entry.
Good reading skills and attention to detail.
Excellent computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Word/ Excel and Outlook.
Excellent telephone manner
Articulate
The ideal candidate will be able to provide a proven history of: excellent communication skills; working as part of a small team whilst being able to self-direct; working under pressure; delivering tasks to strict deadlines.
Previous experience working in a legal environment will be an advantage. Although we are happy to receive applications from all candidates who can demonstrate a skillset suitable to the role.
Flexible/Work from home may be possible.
