Gray's Inn Medical Practice are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised person who is a team player with excellent communication skills and telephone manner. The job can be pressurised at times and an ability to multi-task would be an asset. IT skills are essential and knowledge of EMIS Web and Docman software would be helpful, however training will be provided. Accuracy and attention to detail are required and good literacy skills. Reception can get very busy at times so experience of dealing with difficult situations would be an advantage.
This is a full time role at 37 hours per week at £9.50 p/hr
