Your Profile
• Prefer 1 to 2 years of digital marketing experience
• Knowledge of native and/or social performance marketing an advantage
• Proven track-record of success against financial and non-financial targets
• Positive, energetic and tenacious attitude towards your work
• Natural communicator, organiser and negotiator
• Committed team member with strong personal ambitions
The Role
• Planning and buying online media in order to deliver successful lead-generation campaigns for our advertisers
• Working with colleagues to negotiate and strengthen strategic relationships with key publishers, display networks, affiliates and email partners
• Negotiating competitive buying rates and managing media margins
• Analysing campaign data and developing ideas to optimise performance over time
• Building strong working relationships with media owners and other networks
Location: Hammersmith, London
Annual Salary: £ 20,000 - £ 28,000 + (dependant upon experience). OTE of £ 25,000 – £ 35,000 (uncapped).
