We are a newly formed Medical Tourism Company seeking a Full Time person with a Medical Background and experience with Online Media / Marketing / Promotional Campaigns, to join our team.
This dual role has twin aspects, which involves maintaining the general office administration and day to day running; including, keeping client records and databases, ensuring the running of website, ensuring the running of CRM. Assisting the Managing Director with Secretarial duties as required. Sending emails to customers and suppliers and answering office calls.
The second aspect involves coordinating the implementation of Marketing strategies within the office, so as to maintain and develop leads via active Social Media and Google PPC campaigns and magazine adverts etc.
Should have experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers, engaging with them on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers. Community leadership and participation (both online and offline) are integral for this roles success. And should be able to accurately, communicate the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way what will attract today’s modern, hyper-connected buyers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Devise b2c (business to consumer) or b2b (business to business) integrated
Marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
• Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
• Work on indexing/ Hash tagging our website through our website system (Wordpress) and
Oversee design (ie: facebook timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing Pages,
twitter profile, blog, etc.)
• Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers,
Animators and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity
• Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
• Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis.
• Development of brand awareness and online reputation
• Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing
Campaigns.
• Take responsibility for the organization of any trade shows or exhibitions
• Administer the website(s)
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
• Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services
• Assist in the delivery and management of Social Media and manage the daily customer
enquiry levels
• Call and speak to new customers as and when required
• Nurture professional, profitable relationships with International Health Plus clients
• Pro-actively identify ways in which you can improve quality of leads and enquiries and
sales and sales numbers
