Diamond are currently working with a number of large UK M and E companies who have commercial projects that require Mechanical Estimators based in London and Essex.

The Role
* Prepare and submit mechanical tenders.
* Full document control through the tender process.
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gain competitive quotes.
* Value Engineering and/or partial design works on tenders.
* Input take-offs into estimating software and finalise quotation.
* Produce reports of each tender.
Requirements
* 2 + years experience as a Mechanical Estimator.
* A track record of having successfully estimated a variety of building services projects.
* Must provide 2 up to date references of previous work completed.
Personal Characteristics
* Able to work alongside other estimators as well as independently.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ambitious and willingness to learn.
* Methodical and thorough.
