We are an independent garage with a full time position open for a Mechanic/Technician.
Responsibilities

Carry out inspections, maintenance, servicing and repairs on all makes of cars and light commercial vehicles.
Carry out diagnostics.
Work with the office to obtain parts and approval of work.
Check quality of work and road testing of vehicles.
Keep to Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices.
Ensure that workshop standards are maintained including workshop and personal tools.

Key Requirements

Technical qualification ( City and Guilds/NVQ qualified) or proven history of experience repairing and maintaining vehicles.
Clean driving licence.
Good verbal communication
Excellent customer service/care skills.
Excellent organisational and time keeping skills.

Company car available.
Salary negotiable.
