Marmelo Kitchen is a small but busy restaurant in East London, where we also have a boutique catering company, serving a roster of high profile clientele in the media industry.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our produce and try to grow as much as possible in our allotment, as well as working with the best suppliers. We are looking for a creative chef who is interested in creating exciting dishes for our weekly changing menu. We want someone who is passionate and outgoing to join the team. Food will be produced to a very high standard so experience is necessary.
Job Requirements
- Passion and enthusiasm for good food and experience working in a high quality restaurant.
- Sound knowledge of kitchen and food hygiene policies.
- Ability to demonstrate a steady work background.
- Good written and spoken English.
- A flexible attitude, a strong work ethic, punctuality and reliability.
- Enthusiasm for working as part of a team.
