Customer Service Advisers are the voice and heart of our brand and we use a range
of communication methods to ensure customer enquiries and orders are processed
quickly and accurately.
Advice and guidance is given from start to finish to offer a first class Customer
Service experience.
We want all of our employees to be passionate about the brand and so we provide
on-going training to develop product knowledge and confidence.
Requirements:
*You will be working closely with the area manager so excellent communications are
required.
*Responding to customer’s queries via telephone and email
*Working to sales targets
*Maintaining a high level of quality on each call or contact
*Striving for quick and accurate order taking, processing and packing
*Assisting with website Updates and social media pages.
Full training will be given but some previous customer service experience would be
an advantage.

Benefits:
Hours- Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm plus overtime
Location- London, Mill Hill NW7 Hourly Rate: from £8.00
