Our products are well known and recognized in the UK, so we plan to further develop our current and new brands also in the range of services from Poland to the UK. Dynamic market changes in financial services create the need for strategic management of marketing processes. As a result, we are looking for an experienced and competent Marketing Officer with a vision of operating in the modern FINTECH market at our Joint Services Centre in Gniezno, Poland.
Aim of the position:
Creation and implementation of the brand vision and marketing strategy of the 1MM Group.
Job description:
Building brand visibility and consistency to achieve brand recognition,
Building, developing and managing marketing funnel for company products,
Creating, implementing and managing a marketing calendar for all sales channels - Retail and B2B,
Develop and achieve marketing KPIs linked to product budgets,
Creation and implementation of a retention plan for individual products,
Mapping, implementing and developing marketing processes.
Requirements:
Practical and successful experience in similar positions,
Modern workplace workshop,
The ability to properly select and use work tools,
Proficiency in conducting market research and building tailor-made campaigns,
Knowledge of Polish language be an advantage,
Independence in action and good organization of work,
Excellent communication skills.
