Established in London 11 years ago, Temp Tribe is looking for an eager and enthusiastic Marketing Manager for a 6-month maternity cover. You’ll be working independently (with the help of our in-house graphic designer) and reporting directly to our Managing Director. Full training is given.
Temp Tribe provides hundreds of fantastic temporary workers daily to a multitude of London’s top 5* hotels, sports stadiums, event production companies, PR agencies and global brands, giving our agency staff opportunities to work as much or a little as they like.

Whether we’re out visiting some of our clients’ fabulous venues, wine tasting, lawn bowling or just getting the most out of London, we regularly find ways to celebrate our team targets!
Core responsibilities:
Drive online traffic and maximize conversions: Manage Adwords and Bing Ads + measure ROI incl. Analytics.
Improve and maintain SEO in-line with the above.
E-mail marketing
Create effective email campaigns weekly.
Measure ROI.
Segmentation - categorise new email subscribers and find new ways to get more subscribers.
Work closely with the Sales dept to grow the email lists.
Create new blog posts and case studies on the website. Plan these with other departments.
Maintain the Wordpress website - on-site SEO, content and technical.
Manage multiple social media channels - paid social from time to time.
Create monthly marketing reports.
Run quarterly staff and client satisfaction surveys - work with Account Directors to optimise these.
Create new marketing material and content for other departments (with a Graphic Designer).
Work closely with developers to maintain/improve our web portal and mobile app.
Your skills:
Essential:
Proven experience working in Marketing 2 + years.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent industry experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical skills
SEO skills
Copywriting abilities
Project management experience
Proactive and able to work independently
Great attention to detail
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise work for different department's.
Desirable:
Understanding of Word Press.
Understanding of Google Analytics.
Understanding of Adwords.
The fun stuff:
