We are a very successful business having grown over the last 10 years. Our success has been driven by tactically delivering a better in store experience for our guests.
The head office teams are growing to support the restaurants to deliver first class guest experiences and that includes a dedicated Marketing Manager. The main purpose of that team is to deliver revenue optimisation through better pricing and promotional planning as well as first class Insight strategy - putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. Just like the company, the team is rapidly developing
The Marketing person will be responsible for delivering best in class pricing and discounting policies.
The role provides the right individual a unique opportunity to make their mark on a fast-paced business. In today’s environment, we need skilful price management while remaining sensitive to customer’s perception by both managing our menu prices and our promotion approach.
The Role: Will include but not limited to:
Design a world-class pricing model for SARAB and deliver strategic pricing initiatives
Scale the model to adapt to changing environment and competitors’ strategy
Analyse competitor’s positioning, inflationary environment
Elasticity analysis and menu engineering
Promotion activities
Build the annual promotional calendar for our emailing and other CRM activities
Evaluate discount based on the different segments and seasonality.
Design a promotional playbook supporting the business (automated promotions, reactive, event-led, seasonality based…)
Develop promotions that can easily be executed
Adaptable promotion strategy to short term financial targets
Lead commercial decision-making on pricing and discounting, and work with teams on cross-functional areas such as product positioning and sales strategy
Support the Promotions and building the right offers to customer segments
Maintain a strong partnership with our CRM team ensuring the right delivery of our promotions activities
Work alongside Finance to link our commercial strategy with company’s Financial objectives
Communicate your strategy to our EXCO team to drive revenue growth
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree from a good university
Previous work in revenue management, analytical CRM or Pricing experience
experience in consulting will also be considered
experience in Marketing database, BI solutions, data analytics is a plus!
experience in hospitality sector is a bonus
