Reporting to the Group Digital Director, the successful candidate will be delivering multichannel marketing campaigns to support the growth of subscribers, increase the renewal rates, web traffic, registrations for the events and webinars, and also develop engaged audiences and communities for our brands. Responsibilities:* Design and facilitate the marketing material development* Deliver effective, efficient digital acquisition campaigns from planning to execution and reporting* Optimise campaigns on a weekly basis by closely evaluating the analytics* Develop marketing plans and assist the implementation of circulation strategies* Copy-write and arrange for the design/development of all materials required for the campaigns* Provide online and telephone customer service to premium users regarding issues with their accounts* Monitor, analyse and report on performance, and advise on optimisation accordingly in order to achieve business targets* Attend client meetings and assist in website projects, agency work Skills and experience* Be an email marketing guru and a PPC connoisseur* Have Google analytics knowledge, including understanding goals and conversions* Have a good understanding of multichannel marketing sizes, specifications and combinations for the best performance tactics* Have excellent customer service skills* Be extremely aware of budgets, spend and ROI* Have good copywriting skills* Be highly proactive with a can-do attitude* Have an understanding of basic SEO* Have 2 years digital marketing experience* Have experience in mail marketing, i.e. Mailchimp or Exact Target, PPC, social media* Have experience with websites/Content Management Systems (CMS)Desired* eCommerce experience is a bonus About the Company"We are an integrated media and marketing services company that sits at the heart of a community of 220,000 highly-engaged healthcare professionals.
