We are a busy specialist haircare and beauty manufacturer and distributor based in North West London. We are looking for a highly motivated marketing executive to support our sales team as well as drive our inbound and outbound marketing efforts. The role will also require liaising with a number of our outsourced marketing partners such as our digital marketing agency and our PR agency.
A successful candidate will need to be competent in digital marketing and PR and should have a minimum of 5 years marketing experience, ideally with this experience being gained with a small to medium sized beauty or hair salon brand.
Your main responsibilities would be:
• Report to Sales Director
• Oversee implementation of the marketing strategy - including email and print campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
• Develop marketing copy for a range of communication materials.
• Working closely with the sales team enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, sales collateral and presentations.
• Producing differentiated and competitive sales and marketing product and promotional propositions.
• Monitoring your progress and submitting performance reports.
• Managing the integrity of data within the internal CRM system to ensure accuracy.
• Work closely with product development team to define marketing materials and programs.
• Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
• Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation.
• Coordinate product promotions.
• Generate leads and qualify them for the sales team.
