Latin Routes is a tour operator that offers Truly Individual Holidays to South America. We sell directly to the public as well as to the trade, selling through travel agents throughout the UK.
Personalised service sits at the heart of everything we do. Every holiday we create is truly individual to our clients, including the destinations they want to visit and things that are important to them. We offer our advice and expertise in the creation of their holiday and each client is presented with a personalised, fully costed, itinerary at the quotation stage which we will change as many times as necessary until they are 100% satisfied.
We carefully choose all of our suppliers and our clients are expertly looked after by our local offices while travelling. All monies entrusted to us are ATOL protected, for our client's complete peace of mind.
Our Story
Directors Jessica Bain and Martin Johnson set up Latin Routes from scratch with little finance or investment. Through careful marketing and spending, Latin Routes has successfully gained a foothold in the market of South American holidays. As you can imagine there is a passionate, entrepreneurial spirit in everything we do. We are creative in our thinking and always having to look at ways we can do things differently to stand out amongst our competition. We are a company with big ambitions for the future and are looking for someone passionate to be part of our growing business.
Your Duties and Responsibilities.
You will update our Social Media Channels with inspiring South American and Polar travel content; build our Social Media Audience and respond in a timely manner to customer engagement.
You will create elegant destination and travel specific pages for our website.
You will suggest and implement changes that will improve the website for our customers. You will be prepared to support the Marketing Manager with any additional duties as and when required.

You will work in an intriguing tour operator environment selling the world’s most exotic and interesting continents (not that we’re biased). You will gain valuable marketing experience across multiple channels in a highly competitive industry.

This is a 3/4-month internship with the potential for a job offer on successful completion. You will be paid £7.50ph.
Skills and Qualifications
You will have or be working towards a degree or A levels in Marketing, Business or a related field. You will have outstanding written and spoken English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Familiarity with Adobe PhotoShop is preferred. Strong administration and personal organisation skills.
