Awaiting Eyes Foundation is a U.K registered charity (No: 1117222) that helps orphan children overseas by providing them with basic necessities.
We are looking for enthusiastic MARKETING ASSISTANT, Volunteer
The job will consist of:
• Creating digital marketing campaigns for online channels like websites, apps and social media websites like LinkedIn, Face book and Twitter
• Developing market research surveys and working with customers in focus groups
• Working with marketing and PR professionals to add digital media into current advertising campaigns
• Briefing other professionals such as web designers on advertising campaigns
• Writing engaging content for websites, email and social media
• Designing and write e-communications like e-newsletters and text campaigns
• Improving navigation on a website to provide an excellent user experience or ‘UX’
• Making information and advertising more interactive by adding case studies, videos and info graphics to websites, apps and social media
• Using data from web tracking tools like Google Analytics to check the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Tracking the success of your marketing campaigns and present your findings to management
• Keeping your knowledge current and predict new digital marketing trends like video advertising
• MANDATORY FUNDRAISING AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK
OFFICE WORKING TIME: 9AM TO 5PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
Bring your skills and meet the like-minded. No previous experience is required as full training would be provided.
Please note this is a voluntary unpaid role.
Initial commitment of 3 days a week for the first two months, thereafter - 2 days a week (flexible).
In return, volunteers often gain experience of an office environment, and learn new skills or develop existing ones.
