Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in London. The successful applicant will join us on a full time fixed term  basis and will receive a competitive salary of £23,961 - £28,192 per annum.
Peabody lets over a thousand homes during any given year across both our social and non-social property portfolio. We are governed by very strict regulations and need to ensure that our activities are delivered in compliance with these regulations by ensuring that our housing systems and lettings activities meet the data, audit and regulatory expectations of the sector.
The Marketing Assistant role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Private Rent Team, as part of the Lettings and Rehousing department.
As a Marketing Assistant you will support and assist Peabody’s non-social and social lettings teams with their Lettings Marketing Services to ensure effective service delivery is achieved.
Please note this is a 6 month contract.
Knowledge/experience/skills required by the Marketing Assistant:
Essential:
- Good administrative skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel.
- Exceptional diary management skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task and works well under pressure.
- A creative and dynamic approach to tasks.
Desirable:
- experience in content management systems.
- experience in email marketing
- Knowledge of the lettings market and the schemes available to tenants.
- experience working in the Housing Sector.
