They provide security services for Blue-Chip Companies across the City of London and are looking to expand.The RoleAs a Marketing Assistant you will be working in a fast and demanding role, responsible for promoting our client’s services and designing effective customer awareness strategies, using both traditional and social media to build brand reputation. Our client’s target sectors are SME, Large Commercial, Hospitals, Local Authorities and Facilities Management companies, so knowledge in these sectors would be beneficial.As Marketing Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing opportunities, completing tenders and PQQ opportunities Updating and recommending a variety of Social Media Marketing strategies Following the latest developments within search engines and ensuring the business is quick to react to the evolving opportunities such as tenders and PQQ mark-up Working closely with and using Social Media including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Instagram, Google etc Contributing daily to the blog as well as performing ad-hoc copywriting tasks Attending meetings with external companies.
The PersonAs a Marketing Assistant, you must have / be the following:
Highly computer literate: Word, Excel, Power Point, joomla, Visio Happy to work alone and when required as part of a team Enthusiastic about work tasks Marketing degree / diploma (preferred)Ability to read, understand and interpret tender applications and legal document.
