Moyses Stevens are looking for a bright, creative and forward thinking Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join their friendly team based in Chalk Farm.
The Company
Moyses Stevens is a prestigious luxury floristry with over 100 years experience. Over the years we have held the Royal Warrant for Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother and we currently hold the highly prized Royal Warrant by the appointment of HRH The Prince of Wales. We have several stores across London, and are determined to grow, meaning there will be a number of challenging projects for the successful candidate to get involved with.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of the company's marketing and social media strategies, as well as communications and public relations activities for both external and internal stakeholders. The duties include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for social media accounts and social branding
- Management of all Direct Mail campaigns
- To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media
- To develop and implement a company-wide strategy to push product, working with all departments for its execution
- To analyse potential strategic partner relationships for product lines
- Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisation’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the Company
- Monitor trends and implement changes where required
- Develop, coordinate and oversee programs, technical assistance and resource materials to assist chapters in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities
- Help make sure that the Company’s philosophy, mission and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout the Company
- Customer events
- Marketing materials for social media
- Maintaining good relations with clients and external organisations
- Promotion of ongoing projects (products and services)
- Branding aspects (community)
The Candidate
You will have previous generalist marketing experience, ideally within the retail sector. Pro-activity and attention to detail are essential, and the role would suit someone who is passionate about marketing and communications. You will need:

- Good organisational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong IT skills
- Good knowledge of marketing techniques
