MARKETING AND DATABASE ASSISTANT
The Company:
Adam Renovations Ltd is an established building company which is based in West London area. We currently have an amazing opportunity for young and enthusiastic Marketing and Database Assistant to join our vibrant and friendly team. Training is available if needed to fulfill all tasks at this position.
The Responsibilities:
• Assisting in compiling research on existing and prospective clients, including checking council planning permission database; industry or market trends to aid in the development of marketing plans and proposals
• Monitoring competitor activity, regulatory, industry and economic environments to suggest creative ideas for content
• Coordinating the regular update of various outputs – social media, web, print and PR; ensuring content is up to date and accurate on all channels
• Creating new ways of communicating with possible clients, developing and implementing communications plans on a sector and company-wide level
• Assisting in the production, editing and mailing of regular client alerts
• Being involved in the re-branding project
The Candidate:
• Degree educated or equivalent
• Previous Marketing/PR work experience
• Knowledge of construction industry is desirable
• Ability to work independently
• Precise, focused and goal-oriented
