The French Comte is looking for part time and potentially full time market traders based in London and able to work mostly weekends at Borough Market and other various locations.

Main duties:
- Selling and up-selling food products
- Cutting and wrapping cheese, cured meat etc
- Following health and safety checks and procedures
- Setting up, Packing up
- Cleaning up and tidying up
- Managing Stock
experience and skills:
- People skills, enthusiastic and energetic - Essential
- Serious, hard working and organised - Essential
- Proven sales experience and constant willingness to push sales up- Essential
- Available regularly Fri-Sun - Ideal for Students
- Fluent in English - Essential
- Ability to work alone as well as with a team - Essential
- Interest and knowledge in French food (especially cheese, wine etc) - Essential
