Brilliant Corners is a bar and restaurant on Kingsland Road in East London. We are looking for full and part time staff to head up the front of house operations at our new site in Spitalfields Market, where the key focus will be the operation of a busy lunch-time service.
We will serve Japanese food, alongside a short wine and cocktails list.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in food and drinks, and have a personality type well suited to generating sales at a busy food focused market.
