Job Title:  Manufacturing Production Assistants.
Reporting to: Production Supervisor/Production Manager.

Description:
The Organic Pharmacy is a manufacturer and retailer of organic health and beauty products and services.
We require a production assistant to assist in the manufacture and filling of these products.
Duties to include:

Product filling using light machinery and tubing machine.
Preparing and completing Production Records.
Producing products to supply all areas of the business.
Accepting and putting away deliveries
Collecting relevant packaging from storage facility.
Weighing and measuring of ingredients for products.
Liaising between production and the warehouse.
Ensuring that all the raw materials are stocked in appropriate quantities.
The transferring and completion of raw material stock sheets.
Ensuring production is adhering to all internal and external requirements.
Good housekeeping
Maintain high standard or hygiene at all times both personal and operational.
Follow instructions carefully
Follow H and S procedures and standards.

Skills / Requirements:

Team player
experience with Production machinery
Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Basic IT skills
Excellent spoken and written English
A high level of accuracy in all work and a good eye for detail is essential.
Physically fit as some lifting is required.
Highly motivated, enthusiastic and organised.
Ability to prioritise is essential
Full clean UK  driving licence
