Manorwest Estates Ltd. Is looking for a part time Office Assistant/PA, well-motivated and organised individual to join our office.
We are property owned and management company that provides properties to rent. We are a small, fun, fast-growing company that is expanding rapidly and looking for new and enthusiastic individuals to join our office and nurture with us.
The role will consist of the following duties:
- Creating Assured Shorthold Tenancies and other legal documents.
- Creating and organising files
- Dealing with inquiries and telephone calls.
- Administrating reservations enquires and all aspects of correspondence by e-mail, SMS and telephone.
- Up-dating agendas, check in diaries and meeting notes.
- General property management
The successful candidate will be:
- Fast paced personality
- Knowledge of property management
- Good administrative skills
- Excellent Communicative and letter writing grammar skills.
- Basic Bookkeeping skills, Spreadsheets Excel/Quick Books.
- Customer Service
- Keen eye for detail
The applicant must be computer literate (MS Office), efficient, organised, punctual, be able to multi-task, handle pressure and have good communication skills.
