Greycoat Lumleys’ client is currently looking for a Mandarin speaking waiting staff to join their team on full-time basis. It is an exclusive member's club based in London and therefore they are looking for an excellent candidate who will be offering the best services for their members.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Responsibility of the food and beverage service in the restaurant and the private rooms while providing guests a high-end dining experience.
• Ensuring consistently exceptional standards of service, cleanliness and security are maintained in all areas.
• Carrying out all set ups for the restaurant and the private rooms.
• Having full awareness of Food and Beverage Menus at all times.
• Advising the guests correctly and confidently on their choices.
• Undertaking any duties related to food and beverage service, setting of the restaurant or any other reasonable requests by the manager.
• Preserving at all time the Club highest of standards.
The right candidate:
• Must speak native level of Mandarin
• Must have previous restaurant or hotel experience.
What can the right candidate expect:
Salary: £22, 000 per annum, plus tronc
Hours/days: 40 hours per week- 5 days of out of 7 (Overtime paid on top)
