We are looking for exceptional people to work in a Prestigious Department Store VAT Lounge.
You will be either welcoming customers as a Host on the Luxurious Front Desk or assisting customers with their VAT refunds (full training provided).
You must have impeccable English and be fluent in Mandarin.
Successful candidates will need to be excellent communicators with fantastic customer service skills, you must have Luxury Retail experience, excellent numeracy skill, very good English and working Mandarin language skills. Immaculate grooming and reliability is essential.
This would suit someone who has a background in front of house, reception, hosting or beauty with previous luxury experience who can look after elite clients in a beautiful environment.
We can provide:
- £8.00 - £8.50 per hour
