We are an exciting and busy estate agents based in NW3 and looking for an individual to join our lettings and sales team.
The Role
The role will be involved in accounts and liaising with our Far East clients to generate more business and opportunities.
Duties
In this role you will be cold calling, liaising with Far East clients, generating new business and instructions for sales/lettings, making presentations to our Far East clients if required. In this role you will be cold calling, showing properties, advertising properties, preparing contracts and liaising with reference companies, canvassing properties, sales techniques – closing/prospecting/ negotiating with landlord and applicants. You will assist the director and other members of staff with duties.
Person Specification
• Strong interpersonal skills with a rapid ability to establish relationships
• Proficient prioritising and organisational skills
• Positive approach toward all tasks
• Pro-active and resilient individual
• Ability to effectively resolve discrepancies and complaints
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages – excel
• Highly proficient in verbal and written Mandarin and English
Essential Criteria
• Excellent articulation and telephone manner
