Caesars Entertainment UK is looking to recruit two Mandarin speaking customer-service focused Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team. Voted European Casino Operator of the Year 2021 and 2022, Caesars Entertainment offers a diverse portfolio of entertainment in our venues.As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will prepare and serve food and beverages to Casino guests and keep the environment to the highest standard of cleanliness. It is imperative that you have excellent interpersonal skills as you will taking food and drink orders and you should be organised with maintaining appropriate stock levels. MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:To maintain the services of food and beverages to members and guests in a courteous and efficient manner. This includes the preparation and serving of foodstuffs and keeping the environment clean and tidy. In addition, to strictly comply with all company accounting and till procedures.In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed the jobholder is required to perform such other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time. MAIN DUTIES:◦To prepare the Casino floor, events spaces, food areas and bar for service ensuring that all necessary items are clean and tidy.◦Take orders from customers and collect ordered items from stillroom or dispense bar as appropriate.◦Whilst working in the Bars, to prepare orders placed by Casino waiting staff, or customers, promptly, efficiently, to the required standard, and in accordance with the Company's accounting and control procedures.◦To maintain a sufficient supply of foodstuff, glassware, crockery, cutlery and utensils for use.◦Use all equipment correctly and ensure that the work area and utensils are left clean and tidy at all times.◦Comply with the requirements of regulations relating to licensing, weights and measures, hygiene and health and safety.◦Regularly monitor condition of tables, ashtrays and customer areas. Carry out cleaning duties as required.◦Report all complaints immediately. ESSENTIAL SKILLS◦Must be able to speak Mandarin.◦Outstanding customer service skills.◦Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to maintain a positive, appropriate relationship with all guests.◦Methodical and attentive to detail.◦Ability to promote all areas of the Club and understand departmental specific operations and services in order to explain and guide the guest during their visit.◦Previous experience in a customer service environment.◦To be a team player.◦Able to communicate in clear and concise English.◦A high level of personal integrity.◦A strong work ethic with a passion for exceeding expectations.◦Show respect and appreciation to all.◦Encourage and contribute toward a culture that supports everyone to be the best that they can be.
