O You have experience managing a team and venue at Supervisor level or above.
O You possess business acumen and understand the intrinsic link between people, product and profit.
O You have an appetite for good food and drink and a love of the London hospitality scene.
O You’re passionate about great service, food and drink and have a genuine desire to learn and give people a good time.
O You are driven to develop professionally and help ULG grow.
O You have the legal right to work in the UK and a good grasp of written and spoken English.
