This is a front of house manager role for someone who is interested in great service and good food and is very customer focused.
Previous managerial/supervisory experience is essential.
Frontline is in W2, open for lunch and dinner Mon- Saturday Closed on Sundays.
Candidate should be able to lead and train a team on excellent service and have great attention to detail.
This position would also suit someone with an interest in current affairs and journalism.

The 75 cover restaurant was recently refurbished to include a mezzanine and long bar. The menu is modern European with produce from the owners farm in Norfolk.
