Successful applicants will be standards and quality driven, with forensic attention to detail, an impactful first impression and a warm and approachable customer manner. Front of house presence is essential, as is a big personality and buckets of charm. Proven experience working within a food and drink focused operation essential. You must be able to a lead, motivate and inspire a team, have a keen interest in Business Development, an awareness of BOH Operationa processes and a passion for the Hospitality world.
