A small High-end Sushi take-away restaurant in Shoreditch is looking for an experienced Manager for the next years. Similar experience is a must!

What we need:
- You must have some similar experience as a Restaurant Manager (or assistant manager).
- You must have some sushi knowledge. We will make you know even more about sushi later.
- Customer focused attitude.
- The manager will be responsible to make the daily/weekly duties: managing the sales team, making the Rota, ordering drinks/packaging, etc,
