Required Manager for a Medical Aesthetic Clinic. The successful candidate will possess the following characteristics as a minimum:
Must have 3-years plus experience in managing a medical aesthetic clinic or similar business with 8 - 10 staff members.
Mature, with good management skills and be able to coordinate flawless team work
Be enthusiastic with good communication and marketing skills, and be able to growth the business to the next level.
Able to prepare staff Rota, maintain discipline, conduct regular staff meetings, and pay attention to the finer details of day to day staff and client management
Computer literate and be able to meet client queries
Willing to work flexible hours including Saturdays
Clinic offers fixed wages plus potential to earn commission on meeting revenue targets.
