Well established, modern Italian restaurant (1997), recently refurbished to exceptionally high standards is looking to recruit a new manager to work alongside the owner managing close team. You will be enthusiastic and dynamic and ideally have experience in an Italian restaurant background. Responsibilities will include running the restaurant and private rooms to the highest of standards, providing excellent levels of service to a regular and new clientele and creating and managing a team of young, enthusiastic and professional floor staff. You will be mainly responsible for managing a busy evening time restaurant but will have a role as overall manager of the business. The minimum experience enquired – assistant manager.
