Hot Stone will be a steak and seafood restaurant in London where our guests will be able to literally cook their food on the stones. Hot stones are made using lava rocks that are formed from magma. We will bring this ancient cooking method in a modern environment. It is a highly interactive and entertaining way of dining and it definitely is a great way to set a good mood for any occasions. Our restaurant will be dedicated in serving high quality meat cuts and seafood as well as great selection of vegetarian dishes that are local and sustainable at a reasonable price.
We are planning to open on July/August 2022.
We are planning to open multiple units within 3 years time and this can be a highly rewarding and exciting job for the right candidate. Pay is negotiable.
experience is important but we are more interested in finding highly ambitious professioanl with a 'can-do' attitude. We need somebody with entrepreneurial characteristics, who has lots of ideas and can produce results as you will be one of the key person on the business and will be involved in every aspects of the business from creating a concept to implementing it.
