Manager Administrator for Childcare Training Company

Small Childcare Training company  is looking for a Manager/Administrator that is passionate about delivering excellent service and supporting their learners.

Key Responsibilities

Taking Telephone and email enquires

Taking bookings, payments

Organising the print outs for the training days.

Aliasing with teachers

Supporting learners and teachers

Raising invoices

Allocating both training and trainers

Recording certification and courses

Preparing, amending training material

Processing DBS ( police checks)

Participate in social media communication.

Person Specification

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.

Proactive and able to take initiative

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Confident making outbound calls

Outstanding customer service skills

Friendly manners and approach

Attention to detail

Required Skills

Minimum 1 experience in a training company or Childcare industry.

Cache childcare qualification advantage

Working hours

40 Hours a week
