We are a property maintenance company based in London and we are looking for an experienced maintenance/handy person to work as a maintenance operative in the London area.
The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of some or all of the following:
- General maintenance work
- plumbing, pipe work and leak investigation
- basic carpentry
- Basic electrical work
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling and grouting
The candidate should be based in London or nearby.
It is essential the candidate has:
- Driving license
- Good spoken and written english
- Ability to solve problems with initiative
- Must be flexible and willing to adapt to daily tasks
Job benefits
- The post is for £100-125 per day depending on level of experience (£100 during initial trial period)
- You will be required to work Monday - Friday from 8.00am - 5.00 pm (With overtime pay)
- Availability for additional hours from 5pm onwards, and occasional Saturday/Sunday.
- A work vehicle is provided with fuel paid in full
