Eccleston Square Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel in central London, located 7 minutes' walk from Victoria Station and is know as one of London's most high tech hotels.
We are recruiting for a Maintenance technician with experience in property maintenance.
As Maintenance technician you will be responsible for all repairs and maintenance of the property including hotel, guest accommodation and all other areas. Construction background is required. You will be expected to carry out reactive and proactive maintenance. Must be able to carry out basic plumbing, electrics, carpentry, painting, decorating, fixing broken object and problem solving. This position requires good communication skills to liaise at all levels and the proven ability to control costs and work within budget constraints.
The hotel has 39 bedrooms, restaurant and function room. The property is a 5 star property that opened in 2011.
