We care about our food, customers and our team by ensuring we provide high quality items at affordable prices with exceptional customer service and the opportunity for our team to develop.We are currently looking to recruit proactive, motivated and enthusiastic Maintenance Supervisor to join our in-house Maintenance Team.Key Accountabilities * Maintenance of the electric and plumbing issues in branches * Able to work on a shift pattern including nights and weekends * To Supervise Team * Schedule Start and Finish times of Operatives * Plan rosters * Priorities and Allocate tasks * Assist Operatives with tasks * Inspect completed works * Agree Holidays * Agree Overtime and report extra hours * Review Operatives performance in conjunction with Facilities Manager * Procure materials and spares * Perform a wide variety of general activities including carpentry, painting, plastering, plumbing and electrical. * Perform preventive maintenance procedures on building equipment on a scheduled basis; inspect and repair, for example, door locks, power sockets, change lighting, catering equipment and water heaters, fixing sink taps * Respond to emergency situations and maintenance requests during and after hours for resolving immediate safety * Knowledge of retail maintenance works * Arrange furniture and equipment for shops. Skills required * knowledge of electrical and plumbing issues - with certification * experience of supervising a maintenance team * experience of supporting maintained for Retail / shops A 'can do', hands-on and proactive attitude * Able to work on a shift pattern including nights and weekends * Excellant written and verbal communication * You must have a full driving license In return we provide a great working environment and the opportunity to develop your skills within a growing company.
