Maintenance person vacancy at small Serviced Apartments company.
Serviced Apartments company is currently seeking a full-time maintenance staff member to join our friendly small team.
Main purpose of role: Carrying out general repairs and maintenance on our properties across London.
Key Responsibilities

Assembling flat pack, changing light bulbs etc.
Small carpentry works, adjusting doors, fitting locks, boxing in pipes.
Repairing small leaks, dripping taps
Replacing toilet seats, tightening door handles, lifting and shifting, branch clearances.
Help diagnose works where more specialist tradesman required.

Good basic knowledge of technology
Undertake an ongoing schedule of preventative maintenance.
Undertaking regular inspections of the locations and facilities to identify and resolve issues.
