MAINTENANCE OPERATIVES SUPERVISOR – SOUTH LONDON
We want to recruit an experienced person to supervise our field based general trades maintenance staff
Purpose of Job
To ensure that the maintenance team are effectively managed and supported on a day to day basis to deliver a high standard of works and achieve the company’s maintenance targets.
The successful candidate will;
· Have experience in the building trade and understand general trades
· Have experience in supervising and managing general trades maintenance staff
· Be an effective planner
· Be an effective supervisor
· Be hands on and be prepared to lead by example
· Be able to support and develop the existing team of tradesmen
· Have full UK driving licence
Salary negotiable depending on previous experience
