This is a wonderful opportunity to join a well-established maintenance company working within the social housing sector on pre-planned and reactive maintenance works. We are currently experiencing rapid growth across all our contracts and we are recruiting Maintenance Operatives of all trades, both self-employed and Paye, to work in London area.
What we require:
- Maintenance Operatives of all trades such as carpentry, decorating, tiling, plastering, safety flooring (polysafe), electric and plumbing.
- You will have to have your own tools and a valid driver’s license.
- Good attitude, punctuality, good communication skills.
What we offer:
- Starting Salary from £27k/annum depending on experience, regular increases based on performance
- Van with fuel card, mobile phone and materials will be provided
