Based in the heart of London’s Vibrant East End, All Seasons Lettings are a family owned business, we are looking for a maintenance officer to join our company.
Job Duties
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
• carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
• diagnosing breakdown problems
• controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment
• monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
• minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs.
• Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues
The successful candidate will have the following:
• Proven experience as assistant director or other similar position
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
• experience using hand and electrical tools
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Starting salaries for maintenance engineers £16000 p/a
Working hours are usually 40 hours a week.
